Grooming

Each client will fill out a grooming contract completely. All information is very important in order for us to take the best care of your dog. All medical information/history and all medications MUST be listed.

Please arrive promptly for your appointments. When you are called that your dog is ready for pickup, please come and pickup your dog. After 2 hours of notification for pickup, a half day boarding fee of $18 will be added.

If your dog comes to our facility with fleas, we will have to treat them at the time of service. Treatment is an additional $10-$20 depending on the size of your dog. If you do not want your dog to be treated, you will be required to come get your dog ASAP. We will not be able to put your dog with any other dog in our facility. Your appointment will be rescheduled and proof of defleaing will be required before your next appointment. 

 When you come in for your appointment and have a consultation with the groomer, you will be notified at that time on the condition of your dog's coat. Each client with a dog who is matted that requires a shave down will be required to sign a matted waiver. 

• PLEASE RESPECT YOUR GROOMING APPOINTMENT TIME

Being 30 minutes late for your appointment can result in a reschedule. We have to keep our groomers on schedule so that we do not get behind. 

• CANCELLATIONS

Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If your appointment is cancelled after the 24-hour window, a $25 charge will be added to your next groom.

• NO-CALL/NO-SHOW

1st Offense: a $25 charge will be added to your next groom

2nd Offense: a $25 charge will be added to your next groom and half of the grooming fee will be paid up front when you make your next appointment. 

3rd Offense: a $25 charge will be added to your next groom and full price of the grooming fee will be paid up front when you make your next appointment.

At the time of service, grooming clients get 5% off of items purchased in the boutique.
