Grooming
NEW CLIENT pOLICY
A $25 deposit, is required for all NEW grooming clients and will be applied towards the total cost of the grooming services provided at the first appointment. After successfully completing the first appointment, no deposit will be required for future grooming appointments.
Grooming Profile
Each client will fill out a online profile. All information is very important in order for us to take the best care of your dog. All medical information/history, allergies and all medications MUST be listed.
Grooming pick up and drop off
Please arrive promptly for your appointments. For clients who may need the convenience of an early drop-off, more than 2 hours before your scheduled grooming appointment will have a half day boarding fee of $18 added.
When you are notified that your dog is ready for pickup, we ask you to promptly come and pick up your dog. After 2 hours of notification for pickup, a half-day boarding fee of $18 will be added.
Fleas and flea treatment
If your dog comes to our facility with fleas, we will have to treat them at the time of service. Treatment is an additional $10-$20 depending on the size of your dog. If you do not want your dog to be treated, you will be required to come get your dog ASAP. We will not be able to put your dog with any other dog in our facility. Your appointment will be rescheduled and proof of defleaing will be required before your next appointment.
Matted waiver & Grooming Agreement
When you come in for your appointment and have an option to have a consultation with the groomer, you will be notified at that time of the condition of your dog's coat. Each client will be required to sign a matted waiver in the event their dog's coat condition is matted. A dog that is matted requires a shave down. A Grooming Agreement must also be signed every year for grooming services to be rendered.
CANCELLATION AND NO-CALL/NO-SHOW POLICY
- PLEASE RESPECT YOUR GROOMING APPOINTMENT TIME
Being 30 minutes late for your appointment can result in a reschedule. We have to keep our groomers on schedule so that we do not get behind.
- CANCELLATIONS
Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If your appointment is cancelled after the 24-hour window, a $25 charge will be added to your next groom.
- NO-CALL/NO-SHOW
1st Offense: a $25 charge will be added to your next groom
2nd Offense: a $25 charge will be added to your next groom and half of the grooming fee will be paid up front when you make your next appointment.
3rd Offense: a $25 charge will be added to your next groom and full price of the grooming fee will be paid up front when you make your next appointment.
Grooming client discount
At the time of service, grooming clients get 5% off of items purchased in the boutique. No military discount on services.
