I was born and raised in Georgia. I was very active in the FFA. This is where my love for animals first began. I proudly served my country for 10 years in the United States Navy. I am also the mother of 3 awesome children and 4 spoiled dogs. My goal, along with the staff, is to make sure your dog has the best experience possible here at Urban K9.

Her greatest satisfaction and enjoyment comes from bringing out dogs' most beautiful personalities, making them smell and look great!
Karina is originally from Illinois, just south of Chicago. She is owned by Bobby, her 14 year old cat. She has been married to her husband, Greg, for 27 years, and they have 4 children and 3 grandchildren.

Kal has had careers in culinary arts and healthcare, but now finds himself passionate about canine behavior, obedience, and reinforcement techniques. Kal finds inspiration in everyday moments with his two beloved goldendoodles, Jean-Claude and Lady. When he’s not working with dogs, he enjoys spending quality time with his partner, Tia, cooking for friends, and continuing his education in animal behavior and training methodologies. Eager to grow in the field, he brings patience, curiosity, and heart to every dog he meets.
